Swimming Lessons

We started swimming lessons with Brodie at the beginning of February and will finish up March 12th.

I took the opportunity to take some shots of Brodie in action the other night and wanted to share my little man learning to swim.

He really enjoys it and is begging for some googles, which he was calling giggles.

Brooks is next!

FINALLY SNOW!!!

Ok so it's 70+ degrees outside and I'm posting snow pics... I'm just a little behind. I'll have up weekend pics before long but hope you enjoy the snow ones.........



The pictures I have of Brodie and snow are few and far between. We had a dusting in Mt. Airy when Brodie was about 13 months old so I snapped a few shots then.

Then two winters ago we went to Manda and Micheal's and took advantage of their little bit.

I've been hoping for snow all winter and if the first time it snowed on the mountain Brodie didn't have a broken collarbone. So I've been hanging on to what little hope I had left we might get another shot at real SNOW.

After hearing the forecast Sunday morning I knew this would probably be the last opportunity. When I drove into Mt. Airy around 2:30 Sunday evening, after being out of town for the weekend, and seen all we had was rain I decided if the snow wasn't coming to us we were going to it!

Brodie was already at Daddy's so we loaded up Brooks and started up 52! It took twice as long as what it normally does but it was all worth it!!!
